Does your organisation have a formal health & safety policy?
Do you review your Policy on a regular basis e.g. annually?
Do you communicate your Policy to your employees and others?
Have you adequately defined your employees’ roles and responsibilities relating to health & safety?
Have you appointed a "Competent Person"?
Have you identified which health & safety legislation is relevant to your organisation?
Do you have procedures to identify new or amended legislation?
Have you carried out "suitable and sufficient" risk assessments for all the hazards and activities encountered by your organisation?
